Over the past year....

I took a break from writing.

I learned some new skills.

I read a lot of books.

I even took some course work.

I moved to a different house and met some new friends.

I navigated my husbands life threatening illness.

I changed.

I became a better person.

My spirit feels ready to write again. My mind has held ideas for months. My energy has returned. I feel emotionally capable to write about grief.

My goal is to bring wisdom to this blog site.

Through my experience, research and compassion, I aim to honor your grief and offer guidance that will be useful in your grief experience. Feel free to read everything I write and use what you choose. Your grief journey is yours to live.
